Presiding over a meeting at Shahbaz Hall on Tuesday, the Commissioner directed the health department to provide clinical tests and medicines of typhoid in all govt hospitals of Hyderabad. No negligence in this regard will be tolerated, he maintained. He constituted a committee having representation of nominees from Liaqat University of Medical and Health Sciences, Mehran University of Engineering and Technology and WHO and assigned the task to work in direction of typhoid control and preventive measures against the disease.
